GF-3000 automatic industrial analyzer is applied to such industries as electric power, coal, metallurgy, petrochemical, coal chemical, environmental protection, cement, papermaking, geological exploration and scientific research institutions, etc. It conforms to requirements of GB/T212-2008 Proximate Analysis of Coal and can be used for measuring moisture, ash and volatile in such substances as coal and ore, calculating fixed carbon content and calorific value thereof and analyzing combustible matter content in the ash and slag.
1.Standard process and accurate results: GF-3000 automatic industrial analyzer can simulate experiment environment and conditions of the drying oven and muffle furnace, comply with international standards without calibration in respect of testing procedures, conditions and results of the moisture, ash and volatile, and consequently can be applied to arbitration analysis.
2.Fast testing speed: A plurality of furnace structures as well as a constant temperature dryer are provided herein, so that the three indexes of moisture, ash and volatile can be tested in any combination or tested individually. Even the three indexes of 12 test samples can be finished within 150 min.
3.High degree of automation: High-precision imported electronic balance is integrated to the inside of the instrument and combined with an automatic weighing mechanism, realizing automatic accurate weighing repeatedly at high temperature. A thermogravimetry is adopted, achieving automatic weighing, automatic transferring, automatic data processing, result calculation, statement printing and storing, etc. The fixed carbon content, hydrogen value and calorific value can be calculated automatically by test the moisture, ash and volatile.
4.Easiness and safety in operation: There is no need to take out the crucible cover, feed or take the samples during the test, avoiding dangers of high temperature radiation and scalding.
5.High cost performance: Single test machine is used for measuring the three indexes of industrial analysis accurately based on national standard, obtaining high cost performance and perfect function.
6.Dynamic feeding of test sample: Test sample can be fed freely during test so as to satisfy uncertain exceptional circumstances of samples of the user.
